Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Unused full-price items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift items are exchangeable but not returnable. Any defective item or mistaken shipment is always returnable/refundable, and anytime we make a mistake, we will strive to make you happy with your purchase!

To return your unworn merchandise, please ship the item in its original packaging to: 4832 Jumano Ave, San Diego, CA 92117. FitFlow store does not cover shipping expenses for returns, but recommends that items be shipped with a carrier that offers shipment tracking, so that you may track the delivery status of your merchandise.

Once your returned merchandise is received and inspected, FitFlow will send you an email notification. Expect your refund to the original purchase method within 14 days.
